vehiq.app is a public vehicle-information site run by the company named in the Imprint. You can look up a vehicle, see the data held about it with its source, browse makes and models, see a modelled price range and compare vehicles. Looking at the site needs no account.

Vehicle data is loaded in batches from named sources. It is not a live feed. A vehicle page says where something is missing instead of guessing, and a feature that is not built says so.

An estimated value is a modelled range from make, model and year. It is indicative: it is not an appraisal, an offer, an asking price or a transaction price, and it can change between visits.

VehIQ does not guarantee that vehicle data is complete, current or correct, including mileage, inspection, recall and history information. For anything that matters to a decision, check it against the source named on the page. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, VehIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that follows from a decision you take on the data or the estimates. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and it does not affect your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

The site's content, its compilation of data and its models are protected by law. You may use the site and its data for your own purposes, and quote short extracts with a link to the page they come from. Anything beyond that, such as copying data in bulk or republishing it, needs a written agreement. VehIQ makes no statement that every data source may be re-used for every purpose.

Lookups, searches and forms are limited per visitor so that the service stays available to everyone. A request over the limit is refused with a message to wait and try again. Do not collect data from the site systematically or by automated means (scraping, bulk queries), do not try to get round the limits, and do not use the site to find out who owns a vehicle or to contact its owner. Access that breaks these rules may be blocked. If you need automated access, write to the contact address.

Signing in is optional and uses a SIAX ID. Without signing in you can still save, follow and compare vehicles as a guest in the same browser.

From the account page you can download what the site stores about you and delete it. Deleting the sign-in identity itself is not self-service yet: write to the contact address.

Sending a sell-your-car request records the valuation and your contact details with VehIQ, together with your consent that dealers may make you a purchase offer. The request is not passed on to any dealer automatically yet: no dealer is notified and no offer is promised. The request is refused unless you tick the consent box, and VehIQ takes no other action on your behalf.

Swedish law applies to these terms and to your use of the site. Disputes are decided by Swedish courts; if you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of the country where you live, including any right to go to its courts, are not affected. We may update these terms: the version on this page applies, and the date of approval is shown at the top. Write to the contact address with a question about these terms or about the site.
